Power to the people.

A material and key foundational element to any DAO is that of governance. The Blackhole DAO aims to honor and uphold this concept by inviting holders of xBOL to partake in governance and help steer the ship in the direction which all participants collectively envision. The topics which governance can cover are vast and infinite. Anything from where to allocate treasury capital and POL, what projects to invest in, and when to strategically perform buy backs and distributions. These are just merely the basics of the DAO functionality. Governance can expand far beyond this into realms of whatever the participants can imagine.

The Blackhole DAO will hold and foster a community space in which all voices can be heard and partake equally in discussions of operation and procedure. All ideas and amicable debate will be welcomed without bias with the realization that the true power of any defi project lies within its community. Blackhole realizes and acknowledges the indispensable and irreplaceable resource and asset that the community truly is.
